What it is…
Brain training classes help you practice focusing your attention to make real progress in important areas of your life. Smart and sensitive thinkers often struggle with overthinking, idea overwhelm, and getting stuck in repetitive patterns. Brain training offers a gentle but precise way to access the deeper parts of your consciousness so that you can actually make progress.
What it’s like…
It’s like a deeply relaxing guided meditation that helps you know and trust your intuition and make permanent changes.
These sessions are weird, fun, and super practical. You are just as likely to meet yourself in a past life as finally know how to handle an ongoing problem.
When/where/how…
Mondays we meet in person inside of Mula Rising Studio, inside of The Pause in Wichita, Kansas. Zoom is also available. One hour.
Tuesdays-Fridays we meet on zoom. 45 minutes (February only) I think it will be fun to do this every day. If I’m right, we’ll keep it up after this month.
Each day will have a different focus. See the topic list below.
How to prepare…
Wear anything comfortable.
Be in a spot where you feel safe and comfortable letting go.
Have a way to write thoughts and insights. Phone or paper—doesn’t matter.

Each class is $12 or an all access pass is $50. All access give you every class in February for the same price. Plus recordings via private podcast feed.
Mondays are one hour. Zooms Tuesday-Friday are 45 minutes.
